This session is dedicated to discussing your goals and challenges with Katy, your dedicated coach and wellness partner. You will receive a short questionnaire to help us focus our discussion on your goals and how we can help.
This first meeting will be via Zoom and is not a workout, so you can feel comfortable and have your questions answered. During your session, we will schedule your in-person Fitness Assessment and give you a chance to answer initial questions. We look forward to seeing you soon!
