30 minutes
Welcome!
This session will take about 30-45 minutes, and includes 1) upper and lower body flexibility, 2) core assessment, 3) body weight squat, 4) single leg squat OR balance, and 5) push-ups and sit-ups (if desired).
You can wear exercise clothes and shoes, and have an area set up with an exercise mat.
